General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between the nutritionist and her clients regarding nutritional consultations, nutritional coaching, fasting support, courses, workshops, and online services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
The nutritionist provides her services based on current nutritional science findings. The consultation serves to promote health and prevention and does not replace medical treatment. No diagnoses are made, and no promises of healing are given.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded as soon as an appointment or offer has been agreed upon in writing, by telephone, or electronically and confirmed by both parties.
4. Client's Obligations to Cooperate
The consultation can only be successful if the clients actively participate and provide truthful information about their health situation. Changes in health status must be reported to the nutritionist immediately.
5. Remuneration
Remuneration is based on the currently valid price list or the individually agreed fee. Unless otherwise agreed, the fee is due upon receipt of the invoice without deduction.
6. Cancellations and No-Show Fees
Agreed-upon appointments are binding. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations made with less notice or in the case of no-shows, the nutritionist reserves the right to charge the agreed fee in whole or in part.
7. Liability
The nutritionist is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations are breached. No liability is assumed for health problems arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by clients.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
9. Copyright
All documents provided during consultations are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed to third parties without the written consent of the nutritionist.
10. Online Consultations
No liability is assumed for technical malfunctions during online consultations that are beyond the nutritionist's control.
11. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
